Regional Context -TGI Roseville Proposal

Gladding Ridge Assisted Living shares news of the upcoming closure to Lincoln facility

Gladding Ridge Assisted Living publishes a Facebook post sharing the news of the closure to the public thanking them for more than a decade of proudly serving the seniors of Lincoln and surrounding area

County Supervisor Landon is notified about the proposed homeless facility in Lincoln by TGI and they invite her to attend a “communication outreach strategy meeting”

2024 - APR

Supervisor Landon can’t attend but replies to TGI saying “I would like to be informed/provided with any helpful info so once it goes live, I’ll have all of the relevant info needed to help spread accurate info.”
Another email between TGI, Supervisor Landon and Chief of Staff, Christina Faria stating she will be helpful “behind the scenes” and would like to receive the info to stay well-informed.

Supervisor Landon acknowledges with TGI she will remain confidential about the project until given “the green light”
